I Don’t Want to Become Captain: Saeed Ajmal

Lahore:
Cricketer Saeed Ajmal is not willing to become next candidate for
Pakistani Cricket Team Captain. Right-arm off-break strongly opposed to
get this position in futures. This is really astonishingly statement
from 35 years old Ajmal because almost every player wants to get this
rank. There are chances that Misbah will soon retire from test Cricket
and Hafeez is strong testee for this.
Why Saeed Ajmal Don’t Want To Become Captain?
In a recent statement, Saeed Ajmal told media that there is no
respect for captains in Asian countries. He also said that he enjoy
playing cricket and don’t want to become captain of team. There is no
doubt on Ajmal’s statement as most former Pakistani captains faced
criticism just because of poor performance of whole team. Saeed Ajmal
debuted ODI career in 2008 and proved himself as suitable spinner for
all types of cricket but he is avoiding himself for captaincy.
Saeed Ajmal also warned West Indian Opener Chris Gayle for upcoming
ICC Champions Trophy. Ajmal said that he will give tough time to Gayle.
It’s pertinent to mention here that Pakistan will play its first Match
of championship against West Indies on June 7, 2013.
